How many of you all weren't dilated at all by 37 weeks but still had their baby earlier than your due date?

I wasn't dilated at 38 weeks even then went into labor when my water broke and I was only at a 1 at 39 weeks. I had him at 39 weeks 1 day. 😊

Were you able to fully dilate? Or did you need to have a c section? @crazytoast

@alainasmommy916, I wasn't having many contractions at first so they gave me pitocin because they worried about infection since my water broke. After that I started having contractions back to back and I made it to a 5 and they were able to turn my pitocin off because I dilated the rest of the way super fast. I was only in labor 12 hours and 2 minutes and that was from when my water broke till he was born.

I'm so worried I'm gonna end up having a c section, because that's what happen to my mom. She wouldn't dilate. But your story gave me some hope! Thanks haha @crazytoast

0 dilated. 0 thinned out. had my son at 38 weeks.

me I had my oldest at 36 weeks after my water broke I was 0 dilated but after 12 hours of labor I was able to have him vaginally

Did they do something to help you dilate? Or you dilated on your own @chica1320
