I'm kind of worried.. I had a vaginal sono done yesterday and baby is still in a yolk sac? Baby should be about 6 weeks today but sonographer said she couldn't see a fetus.. I'm now taking progesterone pills as a precaution but I'm still worried it doesn't add up but the good news is I have a follow up next week..

It's possible you ovulated later than you thought, or baby took an extra day or two to implant.

things are probably okay! I got my first sono this pregnancy at 6 weeks and 2 day and his hb was only 101 because it had just started beating probably a few days before. we could barely see him! lol they searched for a few mins but all we could see at first was a sac then that little bean looking thing is him lol

Oh wow that is how my sono looks but the weird thing is the sonographer didn't even try and look for a heartbeat
