Anyone pregnant with twins? There's a big possiblity I'll have twins and I almost have this gut feeling it's twins but did any momma's just know before the first doctor appointment? I go to the doctor tomorrow.

Honestly, don't go by the symptoms! I have yet to have ANY morning sickness. I also had zero swelling zero nausea very minimal mood swings and no crazy food aversions. I struggled with migraines and heart burn my first trimester and thats it. Its kinda crazy! Good luck at your appt though it will be exciting to find out! @ccallas
That's how mine was it was positive before my missed period and I've been sick since like 3 weeks. And I've known some people who were pregnant with twins that we're having morning sickness immediately I just have this feeling it is twins
I am 👋 I didn't know but my husband knew lol he guessed it from the beginning. Although it makes sense because my HCG levels were high enough to test positive before I even missed my period
