Yep I didn't eat properly for about 2 weeks. Only a slice of toast here & there or some cheese 😑

Yes it's terrible I'm on week three and surviving on barely anything all day. I feel hungry by night time but I have no appetite for anything! X

Yup completely normal it's your hormones adjusting back to normal, but please try eat at least something to keep your energy up x
