Been fine allday then i get stomach cramps like i need the loo, took me ages to go and when i finally do i got an upset stomach 😢 the cramps are unbelievable in so much pain!

try and keep active scrub the kitchen floor if it's painful and u need to rest, rest on your knees and lean on something like sofa xxx
