I have some cramps and wondering if I'm getting my period. I delivered 3 weeks ago and have been almost exclusively pumping. When does your first period come in? Is it worse or the same?

Your uterus is probably still going back down to size at 3wks pp. Breastfeeding and pumping cause it to contract back down, which I suspect is the cramping you're feeling. As far as when it will come back and how bad it will be, every woman is different, so there's really no telling.
