I do Hun, especially after a shower when it's humid and warm. Nice cold drink of you can get one quick enough, and some fruit settled me down. It's quite scary isn't it? Horrible feeling. But if you feel faint side on your left side so I've been told and just rest it will pass xx

Buy some isotonic still drinks and some lucozade tablets or glucose tablets from the chemist that is what I did when that kept happening last week for me

@saraelisa, @suzie80 thanks ladies, it just seems to come from nowhere, it's passed now but your right it's awful, I'm seeing consultant tomorrow anyway and they check you out before you see him, blood pressure etc so don't feel so bad knowing I'll get checked tomorrow xxx

I'd down 3 pints of water than sip a nice sugary drink.. Always best to rehydrate yourself first.. Surgery drink is only a quick fix make sure your eating plenty as baby is taking everything from you x

@hawkie75, I have Ha D low blood sugar this time.I find lucozade works a treat sit down have some sweets/chocolate will soon pass.gave me an excuse to buy pick n mix sweets for medical reasons.doctors orders 😃 hope you don't get it too much x
