It didn't work like that with me, I had all the signs early on and she was still 13 days late 😂 but with most it does haha xx

Have u been having a lot of gaviscon cos that can cause that. But I'm not sure it's a reliable sign as my tummy has been like this for two weeks and I'm going numerous times a day atm
