it's Braxton hick contractions. I've been having them too. it's just tightening & cramping that prepares your body for labor. I ended up going to the hospital cuz I was so worried about it & they monitored me for 3 hours and I was having contractions but not often enough or strong enough for it to open me up and have pre term labor. don't worry it's normal 😊

yeah it's normal, after you orgasm while you're having sex it makes your uterus contract which causes the cramping
