How'd do you ladies deal with breathlessness? I'm finding it really hard to cope. I constantly feel suffocated as he's so so high up again even though sometimes I feel him low down but he turns back around again. I I feel like I can't breathe. When I'm out I have to stop and sit down to catch my breath and never do anything that's over exerting

I'm the same, especially walking up and down the stairs and if I lie on my back, it's so uncomfortable☹️X
