My mom told me I'm gonna be a great loving mom she said she can tell by the way i handle my pregnancy. she even said i would be better than she was. which really encouraged me. my mom is a single mother so her being a mom is just working 2-3 jobs at a time. as a kid i prayed to not be able to have to do that so that i can be hands on in the growth of my family. I also prayed to actually be married to a guy that can be an example as a husband and father. My mom did everything right and still ended up in the single mom predicament. My dad was not a good husband nor father. But i want to be the one that ends all that in my family and be in a Godly marriage and have a close relationship with my kids and growing them in God. Every day i see what i prayed for coming towards me i may not have my own place and all the things society says i should have. but I'm looking at what i prayed for and see that I'm blessed. seek first the kingdom of God and all shall be added to you. i believe marriage and children are a strong foundation in the kingdom i believe this is where it all starts this is you get to show christ like qualities to the little people of the future to change the future and be a big impact on the world. To me being a wife and mom is not some cute right of passage through life but it's another great way to impact lives and be an example for the kingdom! I am blessed to be able to encourage this man everyday towards the path God has giving him. As i encourage him he is growing and impacting others praying seeking all that God has for the people. I am blessed to have been given this role. I can't wait to do the same for my sons and daughters as they venture through life. Im not saying its perfect but I'm saying this is my ministry and i can dare to say this is my calling. My life long dream i have always said to myself if i don't do anything in life but be a wife and a mom i have done it all. i still believe it and i can't wait for the years down the line where i can state the same thing and be confident in what i say. I trust the Lord and all his doings i know everything well be just fine.
