Alex AND Ajani are up. Alex is fretful. 😔 I don't understand a toddler's grief process (I'd imagine it's like any other person) but THIS toddler seems to understand exactly who's here for him. He got right in my bed just now. He finally stopped crying, but it's gonna be a long day. He cries a LOT and when it starts this early it usually lasts all day.

In related news, I may need a mommy haircut because he ALSO grabbed a handful of my hair and is rubbing his face with it.
