learned this yesterday from the only ones I trust 5-1-1 ... 5 contractions in 1 hour lasting 1 minute is time to go in

@sparklymama, it was 5minutes apart, lasting 1minute each, and happening for 1hr. Roughly about 12 contractions an hr 😉
