It's normal it's your ligaments. It will just get worse! I'm 30 weeks and I can't even turn in bed without the pain. Just keep hydrated and relax.

@babyrossmommy, so I shouldn't be worried about it? the cramping kept going a little after during sex too.. only when I would stretch that area where I feel the cramp

Yeah it's normal. The farther you get you will feel it more. No worries hun you will be ok. If you start bleeding a ton go get checked.

I get pain all the time now on my right side mainly. When I went to labor and delivery last week for losing part of my plug I asked about that same kind of pain. There is a ligament that is on the right and left side of your belly. Between hip bone but outside of belly button. Kinda hard to explain sorry if that doesn't make sense

It's on both sides it will stretch and hurts pretty bad. I hope I helped you. If you really are concerned though call your doctor

It on and off for me. Depends on how I'm laying or standing most it's been is like 5-10 min but I'm learning certain positions make it go away
