I told myself I'd give me 1 year to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. After all We didn't gai the weight in one day. But I'm still getting discouraged over the last 20 lbs. How long did it take you mommas to who gained 40+lbs during pregnancy to lose the baby weight?
Almost 3 months. I hardly eat either. I forget to a lot of times because I'm so busy with my little one lol. @sabreycastro1996
@cbe2016, it was all from breastfeeding, plus i didn't eat barely anything after i had my daughter. how many months PP are you?
My milk never came in either, so I didn't breastfeed, what I did was drink Herbalife tea and do my moms Zumba fit dance class

Thanks everyone. I gained around 60 pounds. I lost 30 immediately and another 10 in the first month. It's been almost 3 months and I guess in just getting discouraged because I've been eating decently healthy and working out 4x a week at the minimum. I wish I could have breast fed, That's like an extra 500 calories to burn. Unfortunately my milk supply never came in.
I gained 40 pounds an it's been 3 weeks an I've lost it all besides 4 pounds . I'm breastfeeding so that may have something to do with it . I don't know how I've lost all that though I eat like I've never ate before lol . I swear breastfeeding makes you more hungry than when you're pregnant. Ugh .
I gained 41, had lost 23 when I came home from the hospital, almost 3 mos pp and I've actually gained 3 lbs back so I'm still 21 lbs from pre pregnancy weight ugh I breastfeed and I'm hungry ALL the time, and of course I just grab the easy stuff which is usually junk
I gained 60, and I weigh 13 lbs less than pre prego weight. All from breastfeeding. However I did lose ALOT of blood giving birth and refused a transfusion so that probably had a lot to do with it too.
I gained 42 pounds as well and I went back to my pre pregnancy weight in a week
Was that with diet and exercise or did it just fall off in that amount of time? And did you breastfeed? @sabreycastro1996
@cbe2016, you still have time to lose the weight you want to lose, don't get discouraged! and i understand lol. but the bigger they get the easier things get. :)
