so I ask my doctor why am I just walking around at 4 cms. like how is that possible. she gives this dumb answer saying I was probably already dialated to a 1 or 2 before I got pregnant because my son is only 2 yrs old lol that's crazy. Doesn't make sense. 2 yrs is plenty of time to close up and I've never had any complaints about being too loose down there ughhhhh she pissed me off with that response

right. i was still working at 5cm dilated and 40 weeks. My son didn't come until 6 days later.

I was 4 cm for like over a week it was annoying haha hope you don't have to wait much longer!

@riahlala3, so when she says closer up, she not talking about your walls and tightness, solely about your cervix.. your cervix may be naturally soft

I'm going to the dr today & am in the same situation. They are going to sweep my membranes and check to see if I am dilated any more. I sure hope it induces labor! At least when we do go into labor we will be able to have an epidural right away!

no epidural for me, I had my son completely natural I hope for the same this time around @harranmommy

@harranmommy, aww we were all made to give birth I'm not necessarily strong but thanks. I definitely think a majority of labor is mental
