Is cow and cate formula basically the same as actimel? What's everyone using? Xxx

They're made from the same company. Actamil have a few more beneficial ingredients, hence it being more expensive.

I use Aptamil. Just because I did with my eldest son when he didn't get on with SMA. I've heard it has all the same ingredients as Cow & Gate though. Not sure if that's true @princesshannah1986
