Okay ladies I'm 38 weeks and miserable. I've been having labor pains for 4 weeks straight! Please give me some ideas. I already have my yoga ball and been using it for the past 4 days. No hateful comments. This is my second pregnancy, 1st pregnant was medically induced at 36 weeks with perfectly healthy baby. I know my facts. :)
Try stretching everyday I still do light stretches each morn and makes me feel so much better also if I sit to long I'm a little stiff so try to stay on the move I still feel great and I'm about to pop. @kaitlyn.edwards
