My almost 6 month old still sleeps a lot during the day. He sleeps give or take 9-11 hours at night and still wakes up usually twice . There was a point where he could go a while during the day without sleep for 3-4 hours but now he can barely go 2. I've been trying to get him on a schedule but it barely works. Any thoughts or tips ?
