Any advice on clogged ducts? I tried warm towels, massaging while pumping. They went down a bit but…

I do that and I also place my baby on my boob. Hot showers, lots of massaging and I pump and pump and pump. 😩

yea i need help too....i have mastitis and can not get all the way unclogged

Let hot water run on your chest in the shower, I had problems with engorgement previously and now mastitis. You can also try mothers milk tea to help :)

Also put the baby on that breast to eat first since when they just start feeding is when they suck the strongest, it'll help unclog it

I'd just go to the doctor and have them take care of it before it gets worse. My cousin waited and they had to cut her open to remove whatever clogged it 😖 not trying to scare you, just want you to be prepared 👍🏽

@gabbybritt, it hurts when he's on the boob sometimes though so it makes it harder plus he winds up falling asleep I'm like boy, WAKE UP 😩😩

@ashalee, something told me to use a manual pump which I bought yesterday and it worked! Plus the bra I was using was too tight for support which I read causes clogged ducts so I switched to a looser one and woke up feeling waaaay better 😁 @ashalee

Oh thank goodness! I didn't even know clogged milk ducts could be that big an issue 🙈
