In soo much pain!! For you mummies that have had a period after having little ones how bad was it?? Im in absoloute agony and can hardly move 😟 They were bad before i gt pregnant and I always suffered with pain and being heavy, but now its ten times worse to the point i could cry. Sorry for the long post just looking for some advice
