awe what happen?

Girl, lol, it was so stupid smh. I went with my niece and when the guy told me the total amount, I didn't have enough cash on me so I freaked out. I started zoning everything out even though I knew I could use my debit card and be fine. I was trippin mad balls, my heart was racing and it was just so damn embarrassing. My niece looked at me and I didn't wanna embarrass her too so as I felt my eyes water up, I mentally talked myself down. I've never had a panic attack in public so I freaked out more thinking I was gonna get in so much trouble. Or get the cops called on me. Not being rational at all. I know where it branches from but I didn't think it affected me that hardcore. Ugh. @Luuuuuucyyy

Oh no! 😞 I pray to God it doesn't happen again. I get them all the time(baby ones that I can easily brush off) and it only started as of, about, 4/5 months ago.
