What is a good (tasty) yogurt that will help prevent a yeast infection? I got the chobani Greek yogurt and almost threw it up. It tasted like sour cream. I'm on an antibiotic for a throat infection and really don't want to get a yeast infection.

Apple cider vinegar will keep it away trust me it's kept me yeast free this whole pregnancy it's 2 tbsp and a glass of water together 2 times a week as needed or you can bathe in 1 cup for 30 min as needed @haleymclain1121

Try the noosa yogurts they are my favorite!!!

I think they only sell them at Target or Sam's club.
