4oz every 2.5-4 hours.

My child acts like he's hungry an hour later sometimes after he eats 4 ounces!! It's crazy @katarama

Mine cluster fed 1 oz every hour up until 3 mo old which sucked cuz it contributed to stomach issues. The more they eat the more the stomach has to try to digest the formula causing more gas and more tummy problems like colic.

Yeah I usually try to hold him off till he gets to 2 hours if I can or only give him 2 ounces instead of 4 @sktraum

At one month they can have between 4-6 ounces every 3-4 hours so maybe try feeding him 4.5 or 5 to see if he holds through longer

do you use a pacifier? sometimes they just want to soothe so they cry and root around as if they're hungry bc they just want something to suck on. also, is he gassy at all? if so it could be making him feel hungry and they can't really tell the difference between hungry pangs and gas pains this young.

sometimes they just cluster feed, as well. sometimes she'll go six hours without a bottle, sometimes she'll go 90 minutes and start acting like she hasn't eaten in years.
