I'm 37 weeks 4 days pregnant. My little girl has had some issues this pregnancy. Last week at my appointment I was 2 cm dilated. I have been having awful pain in my vagina I can't walk hardly or sit, lie down, anything because it hurts so bad. I've had 3 others children and I've never felt this. It hurts so bad. I live 2 hours away from the hospital. They said if I either get to 4 cm dilated or my contractions are 10-15 minutes apart they'll keep me, but idk if I'm 4 cm yet I can't ever feel my contractions unless my water is broken or I'm close to 10 cm dilated. Idk if I should go to the hospital or what. I've been having a lot of brown discharge which is gross.

You can check yourself for dilation. You can google search how to do it. It's safe as long as you wash your hands good and your water hasn't broken yet. I did when I was prego cause my hospital was 45 mins away
The one doctor I saw last week I think is stupid because he tells me the brown discharge is from a yeast infection and I don't think so I've had plenty of yeast infections and it's always white discharge. Idk if it's my mucus plug or what
It's never a waste to check that out. You might be tired of you get sent home. But having all that pain and discharge- I'd definitely get to the hospital.
I tried to use those primrose oil capsules a few days ago and it hurt so bad to even put those in. It hurts so bad down there
