To the mommies that shed after birth, how long did it last? It's been 8 months and I have been shedding for the past 3 months really bad. Hair everywhere! I'm not pulling clumps but it's never been this bad. Someone told me to take my prenatal again, will it help?

i never stopped taking my prenatal and all my various vitamins and i'm still loosing a ton of hair daily at 5 months pp :(

I'm still losing it at 10 almost 11 months pp. I think it can last up to a year unfortunately

i lose hand fulls of hair everytime i shower, it sucks and I'm 5 months PP. 😥
