I need advice, my husband works TWO full time jobs, I'm 9 months pregnant and he works 7 days a week, am I selfish for feeling like damn one day out the week he can turn down over time to spend with his family, he will already works 80 hours a week but damn over time too, we not hurting financially so we can afford him to not work one day, I don't wanna be a brat but what happens if I go in labor and he stuck at work not to mention I'm SUPPOSED to be on bed rest but since he's always at work I'm the one cooking and cleaning and taking care of the kids, I feel like now is the time to balance work and family life I feel like a damn single parent

No you're not selfish. My fiancé works from 4am till anywhere from 8pm-10pm and this weekend I was looking forward to spending time together with the kids and he fucking skips out doesn't call or text. Fuck men. Lol

same here he worked 7am-2 pm and he's working over night 11Pm-7am I know he's really at work we video chat but it's not the same

I don't think it's selfish, but I would ask him why does he feel the need to work so hard right now considering the situation? Does he plan on taking off a few days when baby comes so he's saving up or what? Like what's going on? If that's his plan I would lay off but if not I would still him to sit his ass down at least ONCE a week.

yes he's taking his vacation when baby is born @dang_dridri and I just went on maternity leave so I understand he wants us to continue to live comfortable but I still need time, affection and attention and I'm not asking him to take off I'm just asking to check with me before picking up overtime
