Part of me feels so guilty about having to leave my son for work/ school. But the other part of me…

It gets better momma. It was hard for me too. Half the battle was finding a good daycare!

I'm thankful that I haven't had to put him in day care yet. My grandmother has helped me tremendously and my dad is watching him today. But I know it'd be super hard to find a day care I'm comfortable with. It's just so scary, the things that you hear. I know it can be good for children too though and help them develop socially. But I'm so not ready for that 😕 mines only 6 months old. How old is your little one?

She's 4 months and she's been in daycare since she was 6 weeks. You're extremely blessed to have family watching him. I looked at some daycares and I almost cried in the car. I just started praying hard. The next daycare I went to I had such a great feeling. The kids were all smiling. It's really nice and clean and I talked to the honor who was so super friendly and nice. It feels like family to be honest with you. They adore my daughter. They're also older women to who seem to have more patience. I still check my daughter though. I check every part of her body and I pay attention to her reactions when I drop her off too. U just never know. I'm really trying to think of a business I can start so my daughter can be with me though.

That's great that you found such an awesome day care!! And yes girl, I am beyond blessed to have them. My sister is starting her almost 2 yr old in day care Monday while she is in school and she's super nervous. I'm definitely praying that it ends up being a good experience and there aren't any problems. And that would be awesome, I'd love to be able to do something like that or work from home. I'm in nursing school, and after this first year I may look into working the over night shift sometimes at the hospital@gcpaschal
