I'd stay single, with you being pregnant it seems like he's just a rebound for you. If you do get with him and decide you don't want to be with him it will ruin your friendship especially if he's just your rebound guy.

Yeah, I deleted my comment. I don't know what your situation is and what you feel. Go with what you feel because in the end it will help shape you, good or bad. Good luck.
