yes! they aren't 'nonstick' they are 'hard-anodized' but i love them. my mom had hers for years and i loved them so i bought my own

yes.....tfal is one of the most well known cookware brands. Has been around for a long time. Great quality. I have tfal pots that I've been using for over 5yrs and still holding up
