advocate is good for flea and worms ect. its 10 a month at local vets for pets. and completely blitzing the house with the flea spray but with the fumes ect u may need to get pest control in. nothing worse..
We're not at the moment me and the kids have gone to grandmas but my partner has been called out on a job so will be a few hours till he can do anything the living room is laminate flooring but carpet everywhere else. Is advocate same as advantage? Xx@samhappy and yeah@donzi.harri my hoovers has never been used so much in such little time lol x
do you still use the living room? you need to treat that. is it carpets too? you could always get pest control in... they treat homes for fleas too. may be a small charge though x
you can get indorex from vets. advocate is prescription so if you are with a vets call them or if not register one and they will treat the cats for you at the vets x
We live in a small little town and not sure where to get any of this stuff there locked in the living And they've never been allowed upstairs but they're infested in them we need the stuff like right now we've all been bitten they're currently locked in living room with two sofas ect as its hammering it down outside I don't even want to be around the house never mind the cats and I feel terrible for it!! Xx@baby301016 @samhappy
hiya chick. I work in a vets... you need advocate. and but some indorex spray which is a spray to treat your house. keep the cats out of the bedrooms and upstairs. wash all bedding, towels, curtains, couch covers... any materials. and spray the indorex all over and all on carpet and right up in the skirting-boards. its not the fleas. its the eggs that can lay dormant for weeks in all the nuts and crannys. otherwise they will just hatch and it will be a vicious circle. x
Hey hun. sounds like it's been a bit of a week. hope the boys are OK. have you spoken to the vet about the fleas? you can get a tablet flea treatment which is amazing and works really well it's a once every month or 3 months thing and it works. fleas have started to become immune to frontline so vets are recommending other products now. also you can get a house spray from them to spray and kill any in the house. I think it has to be left though for an amount of time but is worth finding out about. hope you're OK and if you want to talk to anyone at any point :-) xx
front line doesn't work on mine.. the only one that works 100% is advantage u can buy online for £10 or just under for 4... by far best thing.. my 3 have been flea free so has my house for 3 years with this xx
No not really, had terrible week. Cruz is two weeks old and I have a near 3year old Mike went back to work at the beginning of this week and Cruz just hasn't been himself at all won't settle very Winey all the time so I've had like no sleep and on Wednesday I woke to my toddler puking his guts up every half an hour.. He's only just getting better but to top it all off we took in two kittens a few months ago to try and help the previous owner who was struggling and they've been so naughty but I've been putting up with it.. But tonight we thought we'd check for fleas as we've had some bites even after we frontlined them nearly 2weeks ago and they're riddled in fleas I mean I liked about 30 just off one cat and she still had tones on her. I just can't do it, there was a ducking flea on Cruz and I just burst into tears!! Xx@daisysmummy
