Lol I think once is fine they say it's best to bd every other day because it gives the sperm time enough to build quality

@brishug, no once a day is good! Sperm can live up to like 10 days inside of you, but usually not that long. Maybe do it again tomorrow just to be sure since you know you're ovulating
