I'm not plus sized and mine is the same way, except my stomach is swelling causing the bottom to be lumpy hard and really uncomfortable. And baby is definitely head down, she's buried herself down there lol.

My stomach is the same way round and hard all the way around but the bottom is soft unless I get a contraction. So unfortunately if your like me mine never hardened on the bottom and I'm a day past my due date 😔

Usually the bottom gets hard first because the baby is growing that way 🤔
