yes we had this problem that amd it constipated my LO so we just went to the baby food amd she did great still doing great.

babies can't digest starches so it just rots in their digestion track, rice cereal is the key to an upset baby 😕

My son is 6 week and we have to put cereal in his milk because he is never satisfied. It makes him super gassy and constipated on occasion. We don't use it unless we absolutely have to!!
