My dog is a cross Alsatian and I've had her for 9years. She is amazing with my4 and I'd trust her with my life.

I literally just posted a picture of my son walking my mum's dog. He's a springer spaniel, and he's only 2, but he's the perfect combination of playful and cuddly. He's such a chilled out dog. I was brought up with dogs, and my family had a huge variety of dogs, they've all been really good with children. It's just a matter of how you look after them. I grew up with a German Shepherd and he was amazing. From the day I was born until the day he sadly died he never left my side. We then got another German Shepherd after he passed and he was just as amazing. He just recently passed last year. I do think it doesn't really matter on breed but on how you actually bring them up, just like children. Xx
