I went for my sweep at 120 pm yesterday, lost my mucus plug around 3pm today and now I'm having mild period cramps, am I getting close ?

You could be!!! When I had two sweeps done all they did was give me really bad cramps, then they went away & I had to be induced :/ Hopefully for your case it means the babies coming!! :)
