what are the symptoms of mastitis? I have pain in one area of one of my breasts but its not red or swollen. and it hurts mostly when I'm pumping. I feel really sick and extremely warm like I'm getting a fever.. I don't know if I have one BC I'm at work and don't have a thermometer.
