I've been putting 2 of them in my lactation smoothie every morning (I can't swallow pills) and I still haven't pumped to see if they're working, I hate pumping so much lol

Yeah I'm going to start pumping tomorrow, it's been a wk of taking them so need to test it out! I won't know if it's that or the Brewers yeast/flax/oats from the smoothie though lol
