I second Better than sex it's my ultimate fav. I'm pretty pale esp now cuz I can't tan since I just had my daughter so I use too faced beauty balm (available at Macy's and their website) and Mac blush in peaches (I am fair/light). Urban decay has some great shadows but there are plenty of brands that are great in all price ranges, see what works for you !! If u want a drugstore brand for mascara I still swear by loreal voluminous too.
