my baby is constipated she's been like that a week 😰😰😰 she poops a little black hard poop every two days . I just started feeding her baby food food not only the fruits . could that have caused it?

yeah I have with the juice thing and nothing I even bought her the pills to put in her butt and she pooped alittle yesterday nothing today. @babynessa

Yeah it could have caused it. Your LO is not use to the food but you could try to give her juice mixed with water to see if she will go or my daughter's nurse says to stick the tip of a thermometer in my daughter's butt and rotate it in circles. It stimulates a baby to go poop. Good luck.
