I got an epidural and I don't regret a thing. I actually slept through most of my 20 hour labor so it seemed to go so fast and when it came time to push I was calm and in control and pushed her out in 20 min!

I didn't have one lol.... With any of my kiddos. However with my first I had an IV and epidural, my daughter I had an IV and interthecal, and my 3rd I had an interthecal and epidural

All natural, no pain meds, definitely laboring in a bathtub, simply because I don't like the risks (no matter how small) that come with having an epidural. Also don't want a c section because who wants unnecessary major surgery? Lol BUT keep in mind that labor is gonna go how it's gonna go. It's all in gods plan and you can't change that. So go in with some preferences obviously but keep an open mind and be aware that it can go in any direction at any time. Maybe not knowing for sure what you want is a great place of mind to be in!

just keep an open mind and listen to your body if the pain is too much get the epidural this is my 4th and I've had an epidural each time and I'm getting one with this baby as well

my birthplan was to go natural. no induction, no epidural, no pain meds of any kind. i wanted a completely natural birth because i wanted to know the true strength of my body. women were made to give birth and women had been doing natural birth for thousands of years before medicine was invented. now, when i actually had her everything changed. i went through the whole labor process. dialated to 10, they broke my water all without the epidural. i was ready to push and the doctor stopped me because she was in the "sunny side up" position and they took me in for an emergancy c section. i was really bummed but all that mattered was that she came into the world safe and healthy. keep an open mind when planning your birth because anything can happen and plans can change real quick. ill have the same plan with my next, but if anything happens and i cant do it the way it was planned i wont beat myself up so much about it this time.

i did an all natural water birth up until i needed emergency c section . its hard . it hurts . but you can do it if you really breath and put your mind to it ☺️

I know that any thing can happen but I feel like I'll be more calm during if I try to have something planned ahead of time. Thank you ladies :)
