Back spasms are a B****

I had a leg spasm and thought I was gonna die, I couldn't imagine it in my back😩

Girl it's killing me @babynumber2ontheway ever since I had my epidurals with my first two kids, my back has been doing it. It stopped for over a year and half but now I'm pregnant they're back.
