36 week appointment this morning any midwife is happy with everything, bellas head is 4/5 engaged and in position ready so midwife said she could be any time now.. Starting to get rather real and exciting!! She booked my 38 week appointment and said it could be a home visit depending on if I've had baby or not... EEEEKK!!! 😁😁😁

on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results

Could this be the umbilical cord? Yesterday at my appointment the Doctor said that you can't really tell until 20 weeks and up because the little girl could still be swollen. They said they believe that this could be the umbilical cord? And that it still could be a girl? I think it's a boy!!
QUESTION MOMS? According to my last period I should be 8-9 weeks. Had my first doctor appointment today. The midwife did a ultrasound but could only see the sac. She wants to do another ultrasound next week.... has this happen to any other moms and what was your experience 😩😩😩
