my son is almost 9 months old and I breastfed and I have two old kids 3 and 5, and I will be turning 23 in February I have only drank once. Am I only the only one that feels scared to drink or feel not responsible if you go out for a drink or even if you stay home and drink.

@mama9413 nah the new rule is safe to drive safe to nurse. dont have to pump after 1 drink.
@kambam, did you bump and dump? that's where I get confused about too
I felt that way at first but I had a beer at home the other night and it felt great to relax. I breastfeed too 👍
I'm in bed right now with a corona & a book. I always wind down with a beer. Hardly every two. But, I also never breastfed. It's okay to enjoy a drink! It's only a problem when your maternal duties aren't done.😊💗
