Yeah, try by hand or buy nipple shields. That would help because my little one doesn't latch on right either. Because if you leave it, the milk will dry out and you won't be able to produce

I bought a manual pump for $20 at Walmart by evenflo when I was engorged and my daughter wouldn't nurse. @sandee_gianna805 or do the shower thing but it is a waste of milk but you will feel better.

You are engorged you can pump the milk out or get in a warm shower and your milk will start coming out you can hand express the milk out.

i tried nursing the baby but she doesnt latch well yet and my pump wont get here til friday is it bad if i dont do it asap
