Can someone explain to me why you choose not to vaccinate your child? im just curious. Cause to me…

a lot of people hear the stories about vaccines giving kids autism.

It's the ingredients in vaccines that scare people. I looked them up and they do seem scary but then you google why each of the ingredients are in vaccines and it all makes total sense. It's fear mongering that makes people not vaccinate

Some believe it causes autism, some don't because they say they use cells from aborted fetuses in the vaccines, some don't because it can cause your baby to get a fever. Someone I know got their kid vaccinated and they had a seizure and blamed the vaccine (turned out to be genetics not the vaccine) I am vaccinating my babies and I hate when women call me a terrible mother for vaccinating my babies.

I do not vaccinate my children for several reasons. 1. The ingredients in them are shit 2. They give way too many way too young 3. There is no testing on vaccinations it's considered "unethical". 4. If by chance one of my children does have a reaction to a vaccine, there is pretty much nothing I can do about it. You can not sue the pharmaceutical company OR the government. They are protected against this. 5. Just because you receive a vaccination doesn't mean you won't contract said disease, they are not fool proof. 6. Most of the things you are vaccinated for are not serious or life threatening for most healthy people. Like chicken pox, I had chicken pox as a kid. I got lathered down in lotion ate ice cream and stayed home from school for a week. && guess what now I have NATURAL IMMUNITY. The same with the measles, rash/fever over in a week. 7. In other countries that do not have access to proper sanitation, clean drinking water and advanced medical technology I could totally see them needing them to survive but here, in the US, it is un necessary. 8. I feel like these pharmaceutical companies are after $$$ not your best interest. Every time you get a vaccine it benefits their pocket. 9. The rate at which our children are being diagnosed with disabilities and allergies, at what point do we say hey maybe it is something WE are doing. I mean over 70 shots before age 5 that's insane. Especially considering how few I got as a child, and my parents etc. 10. Mainly because they are my children, we live in a free country not a communist country and I should be able to make medical decisions for my family without having to have approval from anyone else! 💜

Lots of reasons. It's extremely irresponsible not to IMO. Children who are too young to be vaccinated are getting preventable diseases bc people are choosing not to vaccinate and contracting them. Some think it causes autism, but I'd rather risk autism than risk my child dying of pertussis or measles. Just me tho.

@katarama, the last person to die from the measles was two years ago I believe. An older woman, she didn't even know she had it, HAD BEEN VACCINATED and died from pneumonia. Before that, 10 years ago another older women died from complications associated with the measles... She was vaccinated as well 😁

I vaccinate and I'm super pro vaccinations for many reasons . but I guess to each their own

I pick and choose which vaccines to give my kids. Like we don't do flu, chicken pox, hpv and some others. We do polio, dtap, pertussis. It's really up to you though

I don't understand the vaccines are money makers argument. Wouldn't pharmaceutical companies make the most money off people having the disease??
