Oh wow . I didn't know thanks ladies I know if it happens more frequently to call my dr . It jst becomes so painful to where I need all theses pillows behind my back to try and relax .

^^^ so true I had back contractions as well as contractions that made me vomit. I spent 36 hours in labor and 32 natural. My Dr. came in and told me point blank the reason I was so vomiting was my body couldn't relax between the contractions because of them being in my back. They put so much pressure on your spine and lower back it makes your body tense between contractions rather than relax. I hope it's just pre labor pains though! I don't wanna scare you I just had no idea till I was in labor and going threw it. I wish I had so I could have had more opinions and advise on how to get threw it :)

You can have what's called back contractions, I had those with my son

I through up when I went into labor, contractions were every 2 mins

I don't think it's contractions 😫 it only hurts in my back
