@mrs.mccormick my baby girl is tiny too. she's 1 years old and 15lbs.🙂 This is what the nurses always told me to go by. you could do a little less if it makes you feel better.😉

I did talk to his nurse and also the PA and they both said 2.5, like your chart, so that's what I gave him! Thank you for your help! xo
