I would like to thank my doctor profusely. She gave me a prescription for promethazine to help me get some sleep and that was the absolute best nights sleep I've had in months. And because I was able to sleep my SO was able to sleep. Good morning all you lovely mums, pregnant and soon-to-be-pregnant ladies!
