Ok weird question, but do not mistaken it for a induction question. I am seriously not asking that. What exercises can I do, to get my lady parts ready for labor. Like what would help make it stronger down there, making it easier to push. I don't plan on getting any pain killer this go around, so I want to get my body ready. Not induce labor, it is way to early. So while moving further along in pregnancy, what can I do to get my body stronger. Hopefully it gets read right, and not mistakened for an induction post. No induction wanted here.

@tayek Do they really work?

They help strengthen the pelvic floor, if I'm not mistaken. Stronger pelvic floor and less bladder incontinence after delivery. =) I'm a believer.
